Paul was a volunteer for hospital Radio Royal in the 1970’s and early 80’s before being talent spotted by Radio City. He presented the then second most popular show of the day ‘DownTown and the Peaceful hour’ which attracted in excess of a million listeners in Radio City’s ‘golden years’. He also presented ‘Soul City’. ‘Saturday Night Out Disco show ‘ filled in on Phil Easton’s Rock show, and occasionally presented the midweek sports show. After 10 years at Radio City Paul moved to Wrexham's Marcher Sound, now Heart, and then on to Manchester’s Fortune 1458am.

Not one to stand still Paul has also been a swing presenter at Chester’s Dee 106.3 and was one of the news producers and presenters for the Liverpool Talk and news RSL station Liver FM.

Paul now brings his unique laid back style of broadcasting to Newlove FM where he will be playing the very best songs from Soft Rock Soul and love songs on Tuesday evenings 7 til 10, and Saturday daytime 12 til 3. He tells us he is thrilled to be joining us with this unique opportunity for what will be a very exciting venture in Warrington.
